谢伟

1997年获中国武汉大学化学系学士学位；

2005年获美国伊利诺伊大学Urbana-Champaign分校生物化学系生物化学博士学位；

2005-2010年，分别在美国加州La Jolla的Scripps研究所以及Salk研究所从事博士后研究工作；

2010年被中山大学生命科学学院以“百人计划”身份引进回国工作，任教授。

长期以来，使用X-射线晶体衍射技术等多种生物物理表征手段，结合生物化学、化学生物学等多学科技术，主要致力于以下几类重要功能蛋白的结构基础研究：1. tRNA加工酶；2. 氨酰-tRNA合成酶；3. 参与表观遗传学的核酸修饰酶类；4. 先天免疫通路中的重要蛋白。近年来，以通讯及第一作者身份在 Nature Structural Biology，PNAS，Nucleic acids Res.，JBC，JMB等国际高水平期刊上发表论文多篇。
