庄诗美

1987年毕业于上海医科大(现复旦大学上海医学院),临床医学专业;
1992年于上海医科大学获儿科学医学博士学位,后被该校医学神经生物学国家重点实验室聘为讲师;
1993-1994年作为访问学者在荷兰Leiden大学从事细胞信号传导的研究工作;
1995-2002年于瑞典Linkoping大学从事化学物致癌机理研究,其间于1999年获细胞生物学博士学位,于2000年被聘为助理教授;
2002年受聘教育部“长江学者”特聘教授,回国任教于中山大学;
2009年获国家杰出青年科学基金资助;
2010年获国务院政府特殊津贴;
2013年入选国家“百千万人才工程”有突出贡献中青年专家;
2014年入选“广东特支计划”百千万领军人才。
       长期以来从事癌变分子机制和细胞信号传导领域的研究工作。课题组结合细胞和动物模型以及临床标本,系统研究了肝癌发生发展的分子机制,尤其是miRNA与长非编码RNA的功能网络及其在肝癌发病中的作用。对miRNA的研究主要针对一批在肝癌中显著下调的miRNAs(miR-101、miR-122、miR-125b、miR-195、miR-26和miR-29)的功能和调控机制,已有的研究成果不仅从新的角度揭示了肝癌的发病机制,为肝癌防治提供了新的靶点,而且对细胞信号调控网络做了重要补充。
        近年来,作为通讯作者在Hepatology、Cancer Research、Oncogene等国际知名刊物发表多篇高水平研究论文,作为第一发明人获授权国家发明专利6项,同时作为主持人承担了科技部“973”、“863”课题,国家自然科学基金面上、重点和杰青项目,以及多个省部级课题。
