Guaranteed 13 months’ salary with attractive bonus, 15 days annual leave, 10% flexible benefit etc.
Responsibilities
* Achieving sales target of strategic portfolio in both country wide level and portfolio specialty
level and working closely with Territory sales team to capture business growth opportunity;
* Establish direct connection with R&D director, R&D project leader, manufacturing leader to introduce strategic portfolio to customers and build up IVD stakeholder community and maintain influence in the community;
* Supporting on the relevant marketing activity such as trade show, seminars. Analyze the result of marketing activity and work out the solution to improve efficiency.
* Be responsible for business seeding at strategic portfolio level and make sure the smooth growth year after year for strategic portfolio business
* Working closely with marketing team to implement the regional key account marketing strategy and promotions.
* Develop and identify new business growth drivers at both new applications workflow and top seller level for Dx segment;
Requirements
* Master or above in cell biology, molecular biology or immunology or relevant, PhD is preferred.
* At least 2 years' research and/or application experience in diagnostic industries
* Good understanding in diagnostic industry
* Self-confident, good communication and negotiation skills; strategic thinking
* Good in English, both oral and written
* High travel frequency is needed
