学术成就
早期主要从事水生经济动物细菌性病害的研究,包括大宗淡水鱼常见细菌病和海水养殖鱼类弧菌病,在国内首先分离、鉴定并保种极高毒力鳗鲡创伤弧菌(生物Ⅰ型),发表中文核心期刊文章18篇
2005年至今主要从事水生经济动物病毒性病害的病原生物、免疫和疫苗方面的研究工作。主持国家重点研发、广东省重点研发、国家自然科学基金青年、面上,973子课题、博士后基金面上(一等)、博士后特别基金、教育部中央高校基金、中山大学应用性成果转化基金等。
1.在国内率先建立了对淡、海水鱼类ISKNV型和RSIV型肿大细胞病毒长期持续高敏感MFF-1传代细胞系(Dong et al., Virus Res, 2008; 2010),系统解决了ISKNV型和RSIV型肿大细胞虹彩病毒的规模化细胞培养、结构蛋白解析、细胞疫苗研制及免疫学诊断(单抗)等学科领域内关键科学问题;
作为技术核心研制的《鳜传染性脾肾坏死病灭活疫苗(NH0618株)》获国家一类新兽药证书【(中华人民共和国农业农村部公告第253号,(2019)新兽药证字75号)】,当前在全国范围大面积批签发应用。
2.建立锦鲤疱疹病毒/鲤疱疹病毒3型(KHV/CyHV-3)和鲫鱼/金鱼2型疱疹病毒(CyHV-2/GFHNV)的培养体系和完善研究平台。在国内率先分离、培养并纯化到锦鲤疱疹病毒(CyHV3/KHV)本土分离株(含一株在国际上十分罕见的欧--亚过渡性欧洲基因型毒株CyHV-3/KHV-GZ11),建立了完善研究平台;在鲫鱼/金鱼CyHV-2/GFHNV致病机制和疫苗领域取得重大进展。
3.在国内外首先分离、鉴定、培养出黄鳍鲷腹水病源脱磷病病毒(SDDV),并作系统研究,创制出尖吻鲈/黄鳍鲷/鳜鱼的ISKNV-SDDV高效二联灭活疫苗。
以第一作者或通讯作者在JVI,Virology,Virus Res,Vet Microbiol,Fish & shellfish Immunol, Aquaculture及J Fis Diseases等病毒学/兽医科学/水产学等领域的国际专业期刊发表研究论文40余篇; 发表中文核心期刊论文10余篇。
