He is currently working as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Sun Yat-sen University. His primary research focuses on beef production and quality improvement through molecular techniques, with a particular interest in the molecular regulation of adipogenesis and myogenesis to enhance meat quality and livestock breeding programs. he has published 22 SCI papers as first author and 50 SCI papers as co-first author, primarily centered on transgenic animal production, marker-assisted selection, and genetic characterization of indigenous livestock resources for beef quality enhancement. His work has appeared in high-impact journals. With over 200 SCI publications (as first author, co-first author, and co-author), his work has achieved a cumulative impact factor (IF) of 500+ and garnered more than 3,200 citations in the field of Animal genetics over the past three years.

In recognition of his expertise, he has been invited as an international keynote speaker at conferences hosted by the University of Ottawa (Canada) and institutions in the United States.
